Entry Deadline

Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Late entries will be accepted if the tournament is not full, and will be subject to a $25 Late Registration fee.

ELIGIBLE:  Men amateur golfers with an established World Handicap System (WHS) index and 5-month Low Index (LI) higher than 0.0, as of July 1st, 2020. 

REGISTRATION PROCESS & KEY DATES: 

    Feb 10:  Registration opens

    July 1:  Registration closes at 11:59 PM

    July 2:  Preliminary Pairings posted on Festival website by 6:00 PM; Late Registration opens online if event field isn't full

    July 5:  Late Registration closes at 11:59 PM

    July 6:  Final Pairings posted on tournament portal by 6:00 PM

FORMAT: 54 holes of aggregate stroke play, with a 36-hole cut to the low one-third and ties within division. All players will be assigned to index-based divisions of equivalent size at close of Registration. Net competition only.  

PAIRINGS & TEE TIMES: Play on all three tournament days will begin at 7:00 AM. Players will remain in the same foursomes for Round One and Round Two. Sunday’s Final Round pairings will be determined by aggregate 36-hole gross score.
