Volunteer Form

Please check off all the dates (a minimum of 4) you are available to volunteer.
We will, in all likelihood, not use you for all 4 days but we need to have options to get all the tournaments staffed adequately. You may indicate which dates you prefer to work and we will do our best to give those days to you. Due to high demand for certain tournaments, we are not always able to give you the dates or jobs of your first choice. Therefore, by providing us with multiple days (more then 4), we are better able to fill all the positions.
